Membership drive is on!
It's that time of year again! Renewals have been mailed and Wisconsin community television stations that are not members of Wisconsin Community Media will be getting a letter -- and perhaps even a call!
Why join WCM? If being on a first name basis with the directors and staff of community television stations from around the state is not enough, how about....
News and information updates about community television from around the country. Discount rates on conferences and workshops. Collaborations with other stations. Information and referral services. Data from station surveys. The Member Listserv. Connections to national organizations. Program sharing. Discounts on Video Fest Entries. Lobbying services at the state and national level. Great and growing resources in the Members Area of the website.
Membership dues for current members are due Monday, February 27.
If you are new to WCM, know that your membership starts when you send in your dues and ends on March 31, 2013!
As you consider membership, take a look at our "President's Letter" and our "Please Renew" Letter, which talks about the services WCM offers members. Then fill out the "Membership Form" and enclose the appropriate dues. Membership in WCM is on a sliding scale basis, depending upon the budget of your station.
